Trade Mark Attorney & Brand Protection Specialist

Miguel’s legal journey began in Mexico City, broadened in New York, and refined in London. A fully qualified foreign lawyer and part-qualified UK attorney, Miguel brings an international perspective to all things IP.

When he’s not advising on trade mark strategy, Miguel serves as a Teaching Associate at Queen Mary University of London, helping to shape the next generation of IP professionals. He’s a bit of a self-confessed nerd: keen on academic pursuits, partial to a bit of programming, and fluent in four languages (English, Spanish, Italian, and French).

Outside the office, Miguel is usually crate-digging for vinyl records or bashing away in a drumming lesson. No aspirations of rock stardom (yet), but never say never.
